1. Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA):
- Immediately SCRAM reactor
- Activate emergency core cooling
- Verify containment integrity
2. Power Excursion:
- Insert control rods to full depth
- Increase coolant flow
- Monitor neutron flux
3. Steam Generator Tube Rupture:
- Reduce power to minimum
- Isolate affected steam generator
- Initiate controlled cooldown
4. Coolant Leakage:
- Activate secondary coolant systems
- Monitor pressure levels
- Assess and repair leak promptly
5. Emergency Radioactive Release:
- Implement Voluntary Evacuation Protocol
- Seal all containment points
- Initiate filtered venting
